Workforce Advisory Board
Shaping innovation at the intersection of education and industry
Convened by Oregon State University’s Division of Educational Ventures, the Workforce Advisory Board is a dynamic group of influential industry leaders who bring deep expertise and forward-thinking perspectives. DEV will share insights with colleges, which often have industry boards for effective feedback coordination.
Board members contribute by:
- Enhancing workforce readiness by offering industry insights on emerging skills, competencies, and credentials needed in the workplace.
- Advising on industry changes to support OSU’s agility in response to evolving market demands.
- Providing feedback to keep OSU’s growing portfolio of 200+ online degrees, certificates and microcredentials relevant and responsive.
- Strengthening industry-academic collaborations that fuel innovation and expand talent pipelines.
Together, these leaders have a meaningful impact and help equip Oregon State University learners with the skills, adaptability, and knowledge needed to meet real-world challenges and advance industry innovation goals.
