Amazon

Through Amazon’s Career Choice program, employees have access to an education benefit that enables them to learn new skills for career success at Amazon and beyond. The program's goal is simple: meet each learner where they are on their educational journey and allow them to grow personally, academically and professionally.

Career Choice meets this goal through a variety of opportunities including full college tuition, industry certifications designed to lead to in-demand careers, and foundational skills such as English language proficiency, high school diplomas, and GEDs. In the U.S., Amazon is investing $1.2 billion to upskill more than 300,000 employees by 2025. Because higher-paying, in-demand jobs await those willing to reach for them.
